•Data analysis between LoS & EnCompass that produce data and people who consume data
•Analysis, comparison, and rationalization of unstructured data and thousands of data elements
•Successfully analyze large sets of unstructured Mortgage Originations data to arrive at actionable insights
•Work with autonomy to analyze verbatim content and summarize to provide thematic outputs and clear directives to groups who will take action based on feedback received
•Ability to summarize complex Mortgage data in a clear output for senior stakeholders and program partners
•Using data, provides actionable recommendations to partners and stakeholders based on learnings and trends as well as industry best practices
