Required Skills.
• Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst in Insurance industry
• Experience with Data Warehousing, Requirements Gathering in Insurance Domain – Data Mapping, Capturing Transformation Rules, Derivation rules, Validation rules etc.
• Gather, analyze, document, and maintain all data requirements related to the business applications, interfaces, and reporting environments, including required Gap analysis, logical and physical data models, and source to target specifications
• Understanding of external data feeds and systems
• Understanding of relational databases
• Prior Data Migration Project experience
• ETL experience using Informatica Powercenter
• Translate business requirements into ETL designs and mapping specifications
• SQL server and Oracle server experience and custom querying
• Strong communication skills
