ROLE: Data Analyst with Commercial Insurance Domain
Location: Madison, WI – Remote position
Duration: 12 Months with Potential for Extension
Employment Type: C2C
Overview:
· 8 to 12 years’ experience in data analysis and modelling projects
· Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information
· Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner
· Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels
· Ability to act as a project lead and provide direction and guidance to other team members
· Understand the business processes and data flow across the Policy and Claims life cycle is must.
· Understands how DW and Analytics requirements are driven.
· Mapping of source to Target: Target is our common data model but source varies by system it can be XML, DB2, SQL etc.
· Knowledge of commercial Insurance terms and process flow
· Experience in working in policy admin and claims systems data
· Experience of mapping data from multiple sources to DW (Can you help with some more info on source / target definition?)
· Experience in direct interface with business team to understand their inputs and requirements
