Job Description :
Title: D365 F&O Tech Architect
Location: Northfield, IL (Hybrid - Remote + Travel)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed
JD:
  • At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/ Design / Detailing of Dynamics ERP Business Processes
  • At least 6 years of D365FO experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
  • Contribute to and maintain system standards as well as maintain consistent installation and configuration procedures
  • Hand-on Knowledge on Ax D365 Technical processes including integrations and interface knowledge
  • Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) and Azure DevOps.
  • Oversee incident management and service requests to ensure timely and efficient support delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand support requirements and ensure alignment with SLAs and business goals
  • Work closely with developers to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance D365 FO performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks in support operations, ensuring quick resolution of critical issues
  • Monitor support performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for operational excellence
  • Stay updated with the latest D365 FO Service updates, enhancements, and industry best practices to enhance support efficiency
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the support team, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals
