Title: D365 F&O SCM-PCF Functional Consultant
Location: Northfield, IL (Hybrid - Remote + Travel)
Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
Implementation Partner: Infosys
End Client: To be disclosed
JD:

At least 8 years of experience in D365 FO/AX 2012 implementation and support projects
Expert on following D365 FO Modules with Hand-on knowledge: Sales & Marketing, Warehouse Management(especially Containerization), Production control, Master Planning, Inventory Management
Serve as the functional SME and single point of contact for all SCM-PCF related tickets.
Oversee incident management and service requests to ensure timely and efficient support delivery.
Triage issues with business users.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the offshore based junior functional consultants, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals
Collaborate with D365 technical teams and integrating applications teams to ensure timely closure of issues.
Identify and mitigate risks in support operations, ensuring quick resolution of critical issues
Monitor support performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies for operational excellence
