Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled CyberArk and Zscaler Engineer to design, implement, and manage our organization's Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CyberArk's suite of tools and Zscaler's cloud security platform, ensuring secure and efficient access to our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities CyberArk Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk solutions, including Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Policy Manager (CPM), and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
- Onboard privileged accounts across various platforms (Windows, UNIX/Linux, databases, network devices) into CyberArk.
- Manage and troubleshoot CyberArk components, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and password management practices.
- Conduct regular audits, compliance checks, and generate reports to meet regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CyberArk with other security tools and applications.
Zscaler Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) to secure web traffic and internal applications.
- Implement zero-trust network access principles using Zscaler's platform.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify and mitigate security threats.
- Integrate Zscaler solutions with identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD) and endpoint security tools.
- Develop and maintain security policies, rules, and configurations within the Zscaler platform.
- Provide support for incident response and troubleshooting related to Zscaler services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
- 2+ years of experience managing Zscaler security solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, zero-trust architecture, and network security.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python for automation tasks.
- Experience with integration of security tools and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- CyberArk certifications (e.g., Defender, Sentry, Guardian).
- Zscaler certifications (e.g., ZIA/ZPA Specialist).
- Experience with other security tools such as SIEM, DLP, CASB, and endpoint protection platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
