CyberArk Vault Administrator

Location: Audubon, PA
Duration: 6-12 months

The position is primarily focused on administering a 3rd party Identity and Access Management (IAM) tool that interfaces with multiple systems throughout the entire company. This individual will be a member of team that provides day-to-day coordination of Vault Administration functions.
Specific responsibilities will include providing technical and administrative support for the access to systems and data.
The ideal candidate we are seeking is not only a CyberArk vault administrator, but also a technical specialist who is able to provide troubleshooting expertise. This is a higher level tool admin role, beyond just CyberArk vault administration.




Responsibilities

     Applies knowledge, skills and abilities to implement a process or procedure, timely and professionally

     Provides technical and administrative support for the access to systems and data

     Escalation of Vault Administration items for resolving issues and resolving customer escalations

     Participates in the analysis and development of documentation and projects to improve security

     Follows desk-side procedures that are well maintained, accurate and commonly utilized by the Vault Admins

     Provides support for the project initiatives as a Vault Admin

     Attends training for staff on current and new system functions for performing Vault admin duties.



Requirements

     3-5 years of Cyber-Ark administration and support

     At least 5 years of IT experience

     Experience with Installation, configuration and management of the following Cyber-Ark components: EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA, AIM, Connect, Auto-discovery

     Strong experience implementing AIM a must

     Experience in Cyber-Ark Implementation and Installation of Cyber-Ark 9.0+

     Experience with  Implementation of authentication of CyberArk using LDAP and RSA

     Implementing & Managing Master Policy, Directory Mapping, LDAP integration, Platform and Safe via Private Ark client & PVWA.

     Experience implementing  and troubleshooting CyberArk Plugins for technology platforms such as Windows, NIX, Oracle, SQL

     Experience managing and understanding Cyber-Ark Central Policy Manager (CPM) and (PSM

     Experience managing CyberArk in a High-Availability environment

     Experience onboarding shared and privileged Accounts into CyberArk.

     Experience with access management policies and procedures

     Solid understanding of networking concepts and managing CyberArk in a highly secure environment

     Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
