15+ years of Industry experience.
Experience in Analysis and Implementation of PAM Solutions to meet customer requirements, i.e. PVWA, CPM, PSM, AAM. Optional: PTA,PSMP.
Experience in Assessments of the client’s current PAM practices in line with industry best practice.
Experience in Maintain the platform operational (infrastructure upgrade, servers scaling, CyberArk version upgrades and patches ).
Experience in Understanding of the client’s policies, standards and processes.
Experience in Deployment of CyberArk PAM solutions (on-prem/cloud).
Experience in Automation/PSM/CPM Connector plugin Development.
Experience in Work on different ticket systems like ServiceNow.
Experience in Support process documentation.
Experience in Support team on governance topics.
Experience in Leading teams to deliver security change in complex organizations.
Experience in Contributing to business development.

CyberArk Level 3 (Sentry), CyberArk Level 2 (Defender) certification.
