We are hiring Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Des Moines, IA.
Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s) :PC s (Agency provided) (No Remote Work)
Computer software to be used : MS Office Suite- Outlook, Excel, Word and then our Proprietary Web-based System
Interview Mode: Short telephone interview (5-10 min.)
Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: HS graduate, customer service background with at least 6 months of call center experience with high call volumes.
Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: PC experience
Desired skills: Able to learn information quickly and then turn around and communicate that information to callers.
Assignment duration: Max. of 780 hours (ends around 2/28)
What will be temp s work hours? 8:00-4:30 M-F
What will be temp s lunch period? One hour between the hours of 11 & 1:30
Parking Accommodations: Street Parking and there are 2 gravel lots to the North of the building on the other side of Des Moines St.
