UCI's Direct client is looking for Customer Service Representative with following qualification experience and long-term project in New York .
Screening process:
• Team members should plan for no time off in the first 90 days.
• There is no exception for time off in the 4 weeks of training.
• Training is Monday – Friday 8-5:00 window, typically 8:30-5:00
• Open 24/7 365 including all holidays.
• Candidate availability request is Sunday – Saturday 9:00AM – 9:00PM, this could change for future reqs.
• Full time candidates will be scheduled 40 hours, within this window.
• Exceptionally strong candidates who cannot commit to availability 7 days 9-9, can be considers on a case-by-case basis.
Qualifications:
· Handle inbound calls.
· Will need to translate written verbiage from English to Spanish.
