Job Title : Customer Service Associate

 Job Description :
  - Responsible for channel specified channel /sales rep/customer to day order management to ensure on time in full.
  - Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns, VAS and DC requirements
  - Work cross functionally with sales , credit, DC , to ensure order flow in line with business and customer requirements. and customer requirements.
  - Runs and analyses daily reporting of order book review
  - Proactively escalates issues threatening OTIF as necessary to appropriate parties
  - Accountable for relationship management with sales reps and retailers including direct communication with retailers /buyers as appropriate.
  - Role will be responsible to handle customer service for major retailers where client profucts are available.
  
 Qualification & Experience :
  - Min 2+ Years experience in customer service or related role
  - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  - Bachelors Degree
  - Ability to multitask
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
 Must Haves. 
  - Minimum 2+ Yrs of experience
  - Industry experience, preferably from Apparel, Footwear, swimwear, or any consumer goods back ground only.
  - Flexible on work timings
  - Candidates need to login from 6 AM PST to 8 AM PST
  - Have experience in handling emails/call support with customers
  - Role will be responsible to handle customer service for major retailers where client products are available.
  - Experience working with SAP will be an advantage
