Job Title : Customer Service Associate

Location: Cypress, California

Experience: 2-8 Years

Job Description :

  • Responsible for channel specified channel /sales rep/customer to day order management to ensure on time in full.
  • Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns, VAS and DC requirements
  • Work cross functionally with sales , credit, DC , to ensure order flow in line with business and customer requirements. and customer requirements.
  • Runs and analyses daily reporting of order book review
  • Proactively escalates issues threatening OTIF as necessary to appropriate parties
  • Accountable for relationship management with sales reps and retailers including direct communication with retailers /buyers as appropriate.
  • Role will be responsible to handle customer service for major retailers where client profucts are available.

Qualification & Experience :

  • Min 2+ Years experience in customer service or related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must Haves.

  • Minimum 2+ Yrs of experience
  • Industry experience, preferably from Apparel, Footwear, swimwear, or any consumer goods back ground only.
  • Flexible on work timings
  • Candidates need to login from 6 AM PST to 8 AM PST
  • Have experience in handling emails/call support with customers
  • Role will be responsible to handle customer service for major retailers where client products are available.
  • Experience working with SAP will be an advantage
