Top Required Skills
1) Experience CIS based systems – (its a very easy and guided)
2) Must have customer-facing experience (in person or phone)
3) Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft office, video conferencing, etc.)
4) Must be able to multi-task between activities and screens during customer interactions.
5) Experience working with credit

• What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?
o Must have STRONG interpersonal communication skills with customers, supervisors, peers.

• Nice to Have Skills:
o Bi-lingual is wonderful, but not required.

• High Level Project Overview:
o Canddiate will be handling interactions with clients needing credit runs, billing esclations, deposits and down payments. *** is looking for someone with experience in customer service with a drive and desire to become an established member of the team and who wants to advance and succeed as a part of ***’s Customer Account Management team for years to come. Candidates should expect this position to help them grow and advance as a part of a team and be able to work independently as needed.

• Preferred Years of Experience:
o None – this facility is willing to review candidates with entry level experience or experience in other area’s

• Are there any specific companies/industries you’d like to see in the candidate’s experience?
o It would be nice to see candidates with experience in a credit division but is not required

• Preferred Interview Process Overview (High level):
o There will be an interview with the - via phone or video conference

• Schedules – During training they will work 8a – 5p and generally first few weeks they will continue to work 8a-5p, as time goes on they may be asked occasionally to work an hour over on Monday – Friday depending on business needs
• Hiring manger wants to communicate this piece about schedules as he truly does want this to turn into a full time opprotunity down the road for the candidates and does not want it to be a surprise.
o If they get the opprotunity should go perm they will need to be flexible to work any shifts, and may need to cover for emergency situations. Later down the road they would also get the opprotunity to bid on being on a different shift; facility has a range of 4x10s and 5x8’s
