The right candidate should be able to work under limited supervision, with a strong hand in architecture, preferably experienced in application, integration and tech architectures with good knowledge of data. Also, all the resumes we received were heavy on the SAP ERP. We need candidates who may have work experience on Oracle/PeopleSoft/WorkDay ERPs, instead of the SAP ERP. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Should have good techno-functional knowledge in core cloud Financial Management Suite (GL/ AR/AP/Billing/Asset management etc) & Financial Reporting domains Should have solution design capabilities to reengineer business processes, ERP and packaged application fit/gap analysis addressing critical business challenges typical to the domain Should have implementation experience with SaaS solutions in the financial accounting and reporting domains Should have strong architecting experience with AWS managed cloud services such as Elastic Beanstalk, ECS Fargate, S3, API GateWay, ALB, Lambda etc. is considered essential Should have proven track record of identifying target state architecture & business benefits, architecting & presenting solution options, guiding solution implementation to achieve target goals Should be experienced in architecture blue print developments, and architecture development for agile implementations Ability to interact, build working relationship with stakeholders to develop an architecture strategy, processes for delivering IT assets to meet the business objectives Experienced in driving the Enterprise Architecture strategy, methodology and standards Experienced with Micro Services Architecture, SOA, Domain Driven Design, Design Patterns, tools, techniques and best practices Very good understanding of advanced Data Architecture/Design concepts such as Datawarehouse, Datamart, Data Virtualization, Data Lake, Big Data, Logical Datawarehouse Hands on experience in applying advanced Enterprise Architecture/Design concepts such as Cloud Native Principles, Cloud Computing, Microservices, 12 Factor Application development Good understanding of Advanced Analytics concepts/ Data Science exposure to applying machine learning/statistical models on large/enterprise-grade data is a plus while not mandatory TOGAF or an equivalent architecture framework certification is preferred AWS or Cloud based Architecture/equivalent certification is preferred Working experience with solution architecture finance technology applications is a plus Desired Skills Design & Development (Enterprise-grade applications) encompassing Integration Design Patterns, APIs, Cloud Adoption, Security framework, ETL, Reporting and Relational data stores Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate across diverse audience of business analysts, architects, business users, technical project staff, senior leadership across business and technology Demonstrate ability to influence others and advocate point of view when appropriate Ability to work in a teaming environment; strong organization, leadership and interpersonal skills CST provides its clients with complete, cost-effective, end-to-end personnel solutions across a range of industrial domains.
