Skills/ Experience Requirements


Strong business process and requirements background
Demonstrated experience translating business process requirements into technical requirements.
Demonstrated experience with process modeling/transformation methods and tools. (e.g. Six Sigma)
Demonstrated experience effectively communicating detailed process information gathered from multiple subject matter experts and various other sources
Familiarity with application development and infrastructure in support of general IT processes.
Effective verbal and written communicator, able to tailor message based on recipient audience.
Experience working on merger and acquisition projects in larger organization is a plus
Advance knowledge of Financial industry verticals is a plus




Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline strongly preferred.
Proven track record on diagraming techniques; Expertise in Visio and proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of data analysis, Reference data concepts; skilled in Data Impact analysis.
8 years+’ experience working as a lead Technical BA on medium to large complex projects involving data-driven solutions.
Self-starter and detail oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts
