Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering scalable and maintainable .NET with Azure function applications.
Design and implement application architecture using
ASP.NET, C#, Angular, and JavaScript.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs, architects, and QA to define technical requirements and project timelines.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.

Required Skills & Experience
10 - 15 years of experience in application development using .NET technologies
Must have health care domain experience
Strong proficiency in C#,
ASP.NET MVC/Web API, JavaScript, Angular, and HTML5/CSS3.
Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps pipelines.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of database design and development (SQL Server, Entity Framework).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
