The Office of Information Technology supports the JTLIMS application for various divisions within DFS. The candidate shall have extensive Crystal Reports design, development, and implementation expertise. The candidate should be able to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. Proven skills in application development and ability to multi-task and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment.
Candidate must be willing to work on site 2 days a week.
Qualifications & Expertise:
Expert-level experience in Crystal Reports development
Expert-level experience in documenting the business process and flow
Experience aligning IT strategy and planning with the company's business goals.
Experience delivering highly scalable architecture solution that supports mobile and web
Experienced in web technologies with mobile app design experience
Experience with emerging DaaS (Database as a Service)
Experience with large complex data sets
Communication skills, both written and spoken, business-level English mandatory
Strong documentation skills

11. Demonstrated technical expertise integrating a variety of diverse technical environments and cross-platform technologies.
12. Delivers support and design for industry specific applications that require integration with statewide systems or applications.
13. Interacts with executive level business users or technical experts.
14. Advanced experience in the required technical subject matter.
15. May function as a niche technical SME (Subject Matter Expert).
16. Has proven experience across large and complex implementations and systems.
