Job Description :
TheSalesForce System Administratorwill be responsible for ongoing configuration changes and maintenance of oura href=" http://salesforce. com/" target=" _blank" >salesforce. com/a>deployment. This includes liaising with internal customers to understand business needs for enhancements to salesforce; making recommendations on how to satisfy those business needs taking into consideration best practice in salesforce and standardization of use across the organization; making any needed changes for enhancements and defects; and performing routine support including addressing service requests and incident investigation and resolution.

li>Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce. com environment. /li>
li>Handle all basic administrative functions such as managing user access and security roles and maintaining field validation tables. /li>
li>Create new reporting and dashboard capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed. /li>
li>Maintain and configure workflows. /li>
li>Upload data files as needed by the business. /li>
li>Set up and maintain Data Loader extracts and loads. /li>
li>Understand business needs and recommend, estimate, implement, and test best practice solutions that work for all areas of the business. /li>
li>Incident & defect management & resolution. /li>
li>Help prepare for and administer upgrades, and assist in identifying related training needs. /li>
li>Assist in training of users and answering questions to grow thea href=" http://salesforce. com/" target=" _blank" >salesforce. com/a>skill set across the organization. /li>
li>Liaise with external support vendor to ensure all are aligned with the configuration and work with the vendor to process the work effectively. /li>
li>Establish and document processes to support all areas of responsibility. /li>

u>Minimum Skills required:/u>
ul>
li>Minimum three years of experience as aa href=" http://salesforce. com/" target=" _blank" >salesforce. com/a>administrator. /li>
li>Proven ability to design and implement new processes in salesforce. /li>
li>Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, reports and dashboards, and other content. /li>
li>Strong understanding ofa href=" http://salesforce. com/" target=" _blank" >salesforce. com/a>best practices and functionality. /li>
li>History of using Data Loader to import and export data. /li>
li>Strong data management abilities with an understanding of data governance and how the salesforce data fits in with an overall company data model. /li>
li>A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion. /li>
li>A demonstrated ability to understand complex requirements and combine them with salesforce best practice to translate them into functionality. /li>
li>Must be able to build and maintain a positive relationship with vendors and internal suppliers and customers. /li>
li>Must be able to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. /li>
li>Sales Cloud certifications needed/li>
