-Extensive knowledge of Object Oriented Design/Programming
-3+ years of C++ on-the-job development experience
Needs to be willing to adapt/learn Python and TCL.
Or,
-Python expert with extensive experience in numpy and scipy libraries. Must have experience with or understand the use of array manipulation functions like shape, reshape, stack, etc.
