We are looking for a Full time/contract employee for a C++ Programmer.

C++ Programming Language - Analyze, design, build & test changes in an agile environment for C/C++, TACL, SQL-based application for Claims Processing functional areas.
Design & develop software applications that include OO design principles, Test Driven Development, Design Patterns, Security & Performance
Coordinate testing & defect resolutions with test & development teams
Identify root causes & troubleshoot/resolve data, performance, and/or system issues.
Work closely with business analysts, application architects, & scrum team to meet standards & requirements for deliverables
2+yrs C/C++ based business processes development
2+yrs Service-Oriented Architecture
TACL / Non-stop exposure is a plus
Review design and build deliverables from other developers in the project team.
Researches problems and develops solutions to the problems. Identify root causes and troubleshoot/resolve data, performance, and/or system issues.
Utilizes change management system to version code changes and follow approved change management.
