Job Description:
· Primary skills are C++ with RDBMS/SQL server working knowledge, 8 (1-10 scale) MUST
· Very strong debugging, memory management skills along with strong communication skills.7 (1-10 scale) MUST
· Unit Testing - Hands on working knowledge/exposure – 8 (1-10 scale) MUST
· Hands on working knowledge/exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology – MUST
· For Senior or Lead Developer, below are required in addition.
· Drive technical delivery for given module / work package / complete work package oversee and develop components of work package / complete work package as per the client or project requirements for all the assigned deliverables modify complex systems or develop new sub-systems and supervise work executed by team of Developers / Senior Developers and members from various solutions areas as required. 8 (1-10 scale) MUST
· Strong software Engineering concepts – SOLID, Design Patterns 8 (1-10 scale) MUST"
Preferred Skills
· Must have worked in product development domain, preferably on SCADA systems.
· C++ - working/academic knowledge, at least a verbal confirmation that I can quickly pick it up that is apparent from all the above – 5 (1-10 scale)
· TDD – At least academic knowledge/understanding should be there – 5 (1-10 scale) – Nice to have
· Working/Academic knowledge/experience of Analytics technology/Industrial
