Mandatory Skills/Experience:

B.S. in Computer Science or related field (as determined by the AOC),
Eight (8) years of experience in IT development.
Windows programming experience with desktop databases and Embarcadero RAD Studio C++.
Java programming and UNIX experience.
Ten (10) years of programming experience with Embarcadero RAD Studio, Borland C++ Builder, Borland VCL, Quick Reports, TCP/IP Sockets, FTP and SMTP on Windows platform.
Ten (10) years of cross-platform application integration programming experience involving Windows
Ten (10) years of cross-platform application integration programming experience involving AIX and Mainframe systems using Sockets, LU6.2 or similar protocols.
