Role: Coupa Administrator
Location: San Diego, CA
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
Provide Functional &Technical administration for Coupa Procure to Pay solution
Lead new implementation efforts by assessing current configurations and identifying gaps
Answer ‘how to’ technical and application configuration questions
Troubleshoot& resolvetechnical and functional issues
Work with other internal teams, including the integration development and/or support team, as well as Coupa’s Operations and Customer Care as required, to resolve issues and ensure strong customer satisfaction
Business Event Monitoring of customer production environments
Performing root cause analysis of defects and elimination/reduction of defects
Manage customer expectations in a way that results in high customers satisfaction
Collaborate and provide enhancements to Solar’s knowledgebase for customers’ use
Job Requirements:
Two to three years of system admin experience for a Procure to Pay system (Coupa, Ariba, etc)
Must have strong knowledge of all Coupa modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Invoicing, SIM and Analytics) and ERP Systems
High level of proficiency using P2P, SIM, Coupa/Ariba, Excel, and Word
Good understanding of ITIL/SDLC processes
Adhere to best practices in code and configuration management
Play active role in Coupa user community to represent Solar Turbines
Ability to foster a good working relationship with peer system admins, developers, customers and project managers
Needs excellent oral and written communication skills
Previous experience resolving P2P vendor problems or issues
Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp technology solutions and concepts
