Position: Control-M Admin Consultant Location: Initially remote with Occasional Visit to Baton Rouge, LA Contract: 12+ Months Contrac Job Description:
- Provide operational Support for 7000+ jobs across all applications and environments (including failure reporting)
- Develop, test, and implement changes, fixes and BAU functional enhancements to existing jobs and create new jobs if needed.
- Provide testing support of end-to-end BAU activity for monthly / major
releases.
- Seek opportunities to reduce number of job failures.
- Work with functional team to decommission inactive jobs.
- Maintain tidiness of the system.
- Support regular weekly / monthly maintenance activities and planned outages.
- Support during unplanned outages.
- Create and run reports in Control-M and ServiceNow for close monitoring of the incidents.
- Provide support during the Audits.
- Maintain up to date support documentation of all jobs
