Job Title : Salesforce PM

Location : Chicago, IL

 

 

JD:

9+ years of IT experience with minimum 5 years of project management experience

Must have managed Salesforce projects with life science /Pharma domain background

Should be able to manage onsite / offshore team
Be enthusiastic, professional, and confident while maintaining a focus on customer success
Monitors and manages project financials, scope, and schedule to ensure project stays on track for assigned client projects. Drives implementations of high-quality solutions.
Acts as primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the project. Objective focused on building strong customer relationships.
Facilitates or co-leads with customer project manager and onsite project manager, regular status meetings with project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders.
Adheres to the Agile Methodology and possesses the ability to assess risks in process, people, or technology and adjusts project plans to address accordingly.
Assists consultant team members in the delivery of client presentations during entire cycle of Sprinting and further QA and user acceptance testing sessions.
Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before sharing with the client.
Provides mentoring, guidance and general care and feeding to project team members, including onsite and offshore team members.
Achieves published company utilization targets, plan capacity, proactively plan and track resource movement.
Define, track and report project performance with adequate metrics for agile projects
Motivate team, coordinate with scrum masters in removing impediments
Activity and resource planning, proactively communicate key resource movement to internal and client team
Controlling time management
Cost estimating and developing the budget, especially for a Agile methodology projects
Issue identification and resolution
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Analyzing and managing project risks
Knowledge management, analyze team technical expertise, identify gap, arrange for training & on the job training to bridge the gap
Develop continuous learning, continuous improvement mindset in team, drive innovation initiatives
Managing reports and necessary documentation
Working experience with Jira and Azure
Should have managed Salesforce projects , preferably with life science domain background
