Location: Louisville, KY

Job Description
Primary Skills SalesForce Healthcloud
Collaborate / Liaison with Technical Architects to build project specific architecture and design solutions architecture solutions involving Salesforce
Participate in the Detailed Technical Design for a solution based on the requirements gathered and provided High Level design for development and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Work with Business Analysts, Product Owner, Product Manager, Process Consultant and Subject Matter Experts to analyze business requirements and explore the feasibility of solution and design on Salesforce
Understand software sizing and help on Estimation
Leading, mentoring and teaching best practices for implementing Salesforce Solutions
Provide detailed design Salesforce component fitment to Problems Statement.
Review of Configuration and Customization Components including Code review for development
Take part in solution development activities using Out Of Box Salesforce feature to configure and help guidance on customization feature using Visualforce, Apex and Salesforce Lightening Web Components on Salesforce.
Participate in developing code, component Deployment activities along with trouble shooting and fixing of issues/defects during and after the solution development.
Adherence to Process, Security Guidelines and Health Care Compliance on Salesforce Solution Development
Act as Liaison between Development team and Product Manager for business Communications.
Review Testing related activities and assist Tester in testing implemented requirements.
Analyze existing business processes and suggest improvements. Understand the IT & Business desired outcomes Recommend on out of box vs customizations required Recommend the technical approach to be followed for Epics/Features
