Middleware (WebLogic) + Delivery Role
Location: Chicago (onsite in 1-2 Months)
Job Description:
• Good technical knowledge on managing all operation related to IT infrastructure projects and service delivery
• Having good knowledge or Primary skill is on Middleware component like WebLogic, Webservers(Apache, Oracle Http server), Tomcat, OSB are added advantage
• As a strong technical leader, Provide technical leadership, create and manage infrastructure plan and standards according to IT strategic plan and roadmap
• Strong decision making skill on what technologies will be adopted to meet future business needs, prioritize delivery, assign resource allocation
• Ensures that all parts of the technical infrastructure and processes are thoroughly documented, particularly in to client services, connectivity, and identity infrastructures. Participates as appropriate in technology decision-making groups to ensure alignment with overall organization IT.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
• Plan & collaborate across different application teams to manage technical dependencies of the solution
• Design and execute routines to ensure governance of the project and provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders
• Conduct reviews weekly/monthly/quarterly with Stakeholders. Manage escalations with stakeholders.
• Plan, monitor and manage risks/issues related to technical delivery
• Escalate issues that impacts on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions
• Handling client service orientation, dealing with difficult situation, developing others, team leadership, teamwork and cooperation
