Role : Content Writer
Location : Remote
  • Job Description:
    • Overview:
      • Our global team of Content Writers will be on the forefront of exciting AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology while helping to edit Bot responses and shape future performance. 
      • An ideal candidate will have a strong interest in research, creative writing and must be a fluent speaker of English. This role will tap into your curiosity and keep you engaged with interesting content!
    • What you will do: 
      • Improve deficient text using your imagination, knowledge, skills and your incredible ability to research and investigate information
      • Write text in many formats which will engage all readers
      • Review text and consider how best to improve it through research and creative writing
      • Interpret and follow content guidelines
      • Training provided
    • Qualifications and Experience:
      • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      • Degree in Linguistics, Communications Science, Journalism or related Language fields is preferred
      • Experience annotating data with linguistic, syntactic, semantic, pragmatic, phonetic information, depending on the requirements of the project
      • Data Analysis
      • Native-level proficiency in English
    • Desired Skills:
      • Excellent writing skills
      • Creative Writing
      • Collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
      • Strong attention to detail and good communication style
      • Interest in self-learning and an orientation to researching solutions
      • Strong interest in Machine Learning and/or Artificial Intelligence
    • Work Experience:
      • Minimum of 1+ year work experience or internship preferred with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years with no Bachelor’s degree
  • Training:
    • Training will last a few weeks with full time Cognizant workers
  • Additional Information:
    • Schedule – Monday to Friday 
      • Shift confirmation pending
    • Laptops will be provided if needed, preference is for candidates to have their own laptop for use 
    • Assignment duration is 6 months with the potential for extension
    • Do not recruit individuals located in the greater Phoenix area
