Job Description :
At least ten years of relevant experience required.

The Construction PM will be :
Working with the Site Development Manager and the vendors to start the preconstruction work as early as permits are applied for, reviewing design, ordering third party material, reviewing structural reports and collaborating with architectural firms to find creative solutions for minimum entitlement work.
Coordinate and manage vendors performing QC/QA Inspections.
Manage material orders and call out.
Write up GC scope of work, run auctions, e-bids, review quotes.
Manage construction schedule with the vendors and GC and ensure access is coordinated
Final Punch and site acceptance walk.
