Compliance Program Manager

LOCATION: Fully Remote - Based anywhere in US
HOURS: Standard 40 hour week - Start time 7 AM w/ global team

Team likes: 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field Ability to work independently and deliver upon commitments with limited direction and bound by business plans and strategy Ability to work agile/SCRUM IT development methodologies. Strength in written & verbal communication, presentation delivery, and cross-functional influence across varying levels of IC/management/executive stakeholders

Seeking a strong PM background. This person would be facilitating the Compliance Program initiative and managing multiple programs with TPMs facilitating the delivery of the stories.
As primary interface to Trade Compliance IT Team, this role ensures clear understanding of program requirements, monitors IT progress on behalf of business stakeholders, ensures business-side validation via demonstrations or user testing, and drives business adoption readiness (training, process changes, etc with relevant stakeholders.

Essential Requirements
- Leads program core team meetings and activities, develops thorough business plans, ensures timely status updates, manages and tracks program changes, risks, and mitigation plans, and ensures on-time phase transitions and delivery of all program team artifacts.
- Drives cross-functional team to deliver clear and comprehensive business requirements, end-to-end process flows, and all business-side documentation in support of new capability delivery.
- Develops working relationships and communicates/influences broadly at IC, Management, and Executive levels across impacted functional and product teams to ensure alignment on program status and associated risk/issue areas.
- Cross-functional team management
- Ability to work independently and deliver upon commitments with limited direction and bound by business plans and strategy
- Ability to work agile/SCRUM IT development methodologies.
- Strength in written & verbal communication, presentation delivery, and cross-functional influence across varying levels of IC/management/executive stakeholders
- Ability to quickly gather relevant information, perform necessary analyses and develop an insightful opinion.
- Ability to utilize strong problem solving and analytical skills to lead diverse and opinionated stakeholder groups through complex decisions
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity – ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction

Desirable Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with TFS/Agile- a plus
