Description:
High level scope of the engagement:
Review IT Policy and Standard Documents
Meet with IT teams to identify relevant IT procedure and process documents
o Ensure process and procedure documentation comply with policies and standards
o Identify processes where documentation does not exist
Identify IT process controls
o Develop an assurance program to evaluate the effectiveness of key non SOX IT controls including, but not limited to the below items:
- CBAP changes
- Password reset, VIP and Authenticator reset and registration
- Firewall, F5 and DNS changes
- Server decommission process
- Enable and disable users
- Device domain rejoin
- Citrix and remote access
Identify processes and procedures where compliance could be monitored via Splunk alerts or dashboards
