Job Title: IT Compliance Analyst

The role of IT compliance analyst requires the individual to identify, develop, and maintain IT internal control policies and procedures as they relate to Integrated & Financial Statement
Audits to ensure design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with periodic self-assessments for the IT landscape
- Assist with external audits from various government regulators
- Develop control sets for new or existing applications
- Provide services to IT application teams in connection with project development compliance
- Coach project teams throughout project lifecycle to design and implement adequate IT controls
- Support Quality Assurance functions over IT Compliance processes
- Provide continuous coaching over internal controls requirements to application teams and project managers
- Deliver training
- Provide periodic status reports
- Coordinate the relationships with internal and external auditors
4+ Years of experience
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer/Information Science, or Information Technology required
- Prior experience with IT audit and Internal Control regulations at senior level
- Prior experience coordinating with application teams, project managers external and internal auditors
- Experience with CFPB and data safeguarding a plus
- Prior experience with Third Party Risk Management a plus
- IT Security Certifications (CISA/CISM/CISSP) a plus
- Experience with compliance of cloud based technologies a plus
