Job Description :
Establish a standard of communication and voice for IT that is distinct, clear, and aligned with Micron's corporate brand Advise and consult with subject matter experts in the development and socialization of communication assets Ability to translate technical information into accessible and relevant messaging for a broad and diverse user population Ability to independently research and quickly learn information to support quick moving projects and accommodate high levels of demand Work directly with internal customers to ensure consistency and continuity in project design and execution Supports, assesses, and communicates key changes and project initiatives from IT that affect the rest of the global enterprise Provides communication assistance and guidance to project managers, subject matter experts, and IT leaders Become familiar with and help support Micron IT's brand guidelines; establish project-specific 'brands' and carry those through multiple deliverables and channels (i.e., web, presentation, email, blogs, etc Create standard operating procedures in contribution to a center of excellence that allows more self-service for communication and learning activities Collaborate with organizational change specialists, content design specialists, training analysts, and other creatives in support of IT projects and other initiatives Qualifications Familiarity with the O365 Productivity suite and standard collaboration tools; experience with strategic communication planning, consulting, training program and content development required Basic skills with mixed media creation, design, video, etc. SharePoint Online and LMS system administration highly desired Experience Around 5 to 6 years of overall experience 2+ years of experience in communications and/or strategic communication planning, marketing, or journalism Degree or certification in Communications, Organizational Comm, Marketing, or Professional Writing Mixed media creation, including video and graphic design
