Position: Cognos Report Writer Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Phone and Skype Title: Cognos reports writer with Strong SAP Concur Expense Report writing skills. Must have a background in Finance and/or accounting Job description: candidate will write Cognos and SAP Concur expense reports Concur was implemented for Travel and Expense handling/reporting in 2019 for CF Industries. Internal Reporting needs were written in Cognos by IT. Client is now spending 2 weeks a month putting Concur data into Excel, sorting and accumulating data as needed for many various internal reporting requirements, then pushing that into a graph in PowerPoint for the eventual user. The current reports aren't working. Consultant will be working closely with the SAP Concur Admin to understand the reporting structures so that we can write the report correctly. The consultant and that Concur Admin will share the duty of validating the report is accurate, and tying out the detail to the report. (data validation Requirement- Strong Concur Report writing skills. Background in Accounting. Client feels they are too complex in structure for an IT person to catch-on to the flows of costs within the ledger and therefore know what entities to grab, cost centers to grab etc She feels an accountant who became a Concur person is best for this role but isn't 100% sure. Hopefully, Candidate should have worked with an organization that had 500 or more employees.
