Experiences with Genesys SDK’s Java and Genesys IWD solution data capture points (web service , database capture , File Capture etc)
Good Understanding of Genesys IWD solution with Hands on experience in Genesys rules system (GRDT, GRAT) , Rules Orchestration
Good Understanding of Genesys Workforce Management application and WFM Web services endpoints.
In depth understanding Real Time and Historical Reporting (PULSE/Infomart/ICON etc)
Good Understanding of Genesys Framework and Management components
Good Understanding/experience on Genesys Framework components deployment (IWD, Rules etc) & different component layers
Understanding of architecture and design principles across all systems
