Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)
Description
The primary duty of this position is to act as a liaison among technical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to information systems, business processes, and policies, as applicable. Additionally, functions as a senior programmer analyst with responsibility for the operational support of Treasury’s Mainframe applications written in COBOL and XGEN. Incumbent will oversee all system documentation that meets DTMB standards and is maintained in accordance with all policies.
