Also, They are looking to focus on candidates with Strong Spark/ Java development with AWS. If associates have Snowflake experience as well, that is VERY NICE to have. Please find the feedback below: Spark: operational ok (Don't know internal of spark that good, but working on spark and doing similar to our project tasks in his current project answered basic and operational questions AWS: basic -OK (know lambda, and used EMR, but don't know internals of it. S3 good) Java: Basic ok (spring boot, java answered most of the questions) The wanted to move to 2nd rounds since they wanted evaluate his Java Programming skills since the associate was able to answer some basic java questions but he couldn't answer basic programming questions. So they want to evaluate his Java more in depth. Please ensure that candidates you sub over are strong with each of these categories. Again, Snowflake experience is VERY NICE to have.
