Cloud Architect/ Engineer
Location(s): Open to discuss as we will have locations throughout the US which will be available (CT, NY, MA, VA, GA, TX, etc

Scope Details:
Baseline Requirements:
US Citizen / US Soil
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Experience with Agile project management, and Jira and Confluence
Ability to take requirements, break down into stories and tasks, estimate work, report status and issues, and execute with limited oversight

o Role:
Provide front-door process and service consulting for cloud adoption
Manage interface with cloud architecture, cybersecurity, ITC, identity, etc
Drive continuous improvement of the cloud user experience
Maintain user facing content and services guides
Create service aware training, host office-hours, and manage social presence.
o Experience & Qualification:
Strong understanding of cloud concepts and technologies
Hands-on technical knowledge of AWS and Azure
Passion for user experience and continuous improvement
Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
