Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a high performing Client Acquisition Manager to help meet customer acquisition, onboarding, and revenue growth targets with a strong orientation in digital and metric driven analytical approach.

  • Develop new client accounts for IT staffing business in the USA
  • Must have a proven track record in getting new client acquisition and serve client recruitment fulfilments.
  • Acquire and maintain relationships with corporate clients to drive business
  • Interact with clients daily and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil them
  • Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
  • Leverage your existing relationships and network to open a new business
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interact with compliance/Hiring Managers and Business Owners.
  • Strong end to end lead generations & closure skills.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and functional teams.,
  • Client relationship management
