Key tasks are:

Identifying the data returned and the logic behind blast/COBOL programs utilized by their UAD tool.
Documenting mainframe FIS Systematics ST interfaces to the core

The skillset needed for this is:

Very Experienced COBOL and CICS mainframe programmer
Experience with VSAM and DB2
FIS Systematics (specifically ST) experience a major plus.
