Chief Product Engineer Plano, TX Long-term Contract Job Description: Chief Engineer for its Mobility solution. The Chief Engineer is responsible for leading technology direction, execution, and rollout of Hi-Tech mobility software solution in an agile scrum environment. Responsible for overseeing & implementing product development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Our ideal candidate has experience driving and managing full lifecycle software development projects from problem adoption, defining requirements, to implementation through the agile process related to new and existing products. Experience and Qualifications: Delivering great experiences, in partnership with your scrum team and the larger design team, in the areas of: online and mobile banking, payments, financial education, and onboarding Partnering closely with product managers, scrum masters, developers, researchers, business analysts, and legal/compliance, from aligning on customer and business goals, to managing expectations about design deliverables to shipping the ultimate experience Facilitating communication across the company including supervising product leads/owners and project management teams who are responsible for development planning, user experience and marketing to ensure execution Creating and maintaining the why of the product and making decisions to ensure individual features and products are in line with business objectives Conducting direct competitive and user-based research and gathering client feedback by acting as the voice of the customer to enhance the experience for internal and external use Defining metrics related to product performance and track them on an ongoing basis, making adjustments when necessary.
