Skill / Technology Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree and 10 years of demonstrated experience increating and implementing UX design.
Proficient with visualdesign programs such as A e Photoshop, A e XD
Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML,CSS, and comparable languages.
Knowledge/Experience with using and/or building differentcomponent libraries (BootstrapUI, Angular Material)
Significant experience with source control and issue trackingsystems such as GitHub /JIRA, branching strategies etc.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to createtop-performing interfaces for clients.
Experience designing forcomplex, development-focused tools.
Experience workingin-house in an enterprise environment.
Has accountability forhelping bring the user experience to life by identifying the correct,framework, architecture, and technology that are needed to create the userinterface.
Will have technical depth including familiaritywith back-end development.
Job Description:
The Senior UX Developer will use all frameworks,tools, and research methods to develop technologies that help bring the designvision to life and influence the next generation of products. In this role theywill help bridge the gap between the intended experience and the capabilitiesof UI frameworks. Responsibilities include developing technologies aligned toinnovative user experiences such as Augmented Reality, GUIs, Mobile,Conversational Interfaces and more.
Responsibilities:
Conduct testing of sample applications,websites and software to Assess user experience and ease of design
Use recent studies and findings to establishthe best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences
Design the aesthetics to be implemented withina website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors andfonts allowing for interface edits as needed
Enhance user experience by creating seamlessnavigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
Combine interface design concepts with digitaldesign and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
Participation in creative design meetingsalongside other UX designers, and evaluate creative design decisions todetermine feasibility and system impact. Recommending appropriate changes todesign/processes and products and participation in knowledge transfer andcross-training.
Working closely and directly with the variousstakeholders as needed to define, prioritize and execute solutions that addressthe needs of a product.
