SDET I or II (Selenium/Java)
3 month contract to perm
Green Card or USCitizen
Must be local (NH,RI, MA, CT)
Must have Selenium,Java, and worked within Digital or Mobile Apps.
Location: Boston, MA (Remote until pandemic is over, thenneeds to go into Boston location)
Term: 3 month CTH
InterviewProcess: Phone then video (I have her calendar and interview times)
Reason for Opening: New Headcount for 2020 – Digitalteam growth

C2Caccepted? Needs to be able toconvert without sponsorship after 3 months
Each QA will be individual leader on thetrain. Looking for someone who can learn excel and grow with them. They willhand hold but need a coachable attitude and accountability and ownership.
TopSkills
MUST HAVE: Automation skill set using Selenium and Java
Experience with Digital applications including Mobile Appand Mobile Web
Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum Experience(most recent experience)
Experience with Waterfall (past experience)
Experience with JIRA or similar Agile tool
Excellent communication skills and high accountability
Experience working with onshore and offshore teams (Abilityto take calls in the evening with offshore teams – make sure they are okay withthat)
Experience collecting and publishing metrics on reportingQA to leadership
Experience working with concurrent projects and the abilityto multitask
Ability to understand Test Specifications and createautomation cases
Create and Maintain automation
Java- Understand Framework
Junit Framework Experience
RequiredQualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree with at least 1 to 3 years of relevantprofessional work experience with concentration in quality assurance OR anequivalent combination of formal education and experience
Solid knowledge and experience in test case preparation andexecution
Ability to work in an agile scrum team environment
Strong knowledge in quality assurance processes andtechniques
Very strong troubleshooting abilities
Excellent written & verbal communication andinterpersonal skills
