IT PROJECT MANAGER w/ Planview exp - be able to have current experiencewith Planview Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) system. Ideally havein-depth experience utilizing Planview and be able to develop and customizecomplex reports.
Strong Communication, time management skills, proven experience managing multiplehigh visibility projects, strong customer facing experience as well.
Hybrid exp both agile/waterfall preferred
Location - Novi - Remote for now prefers folks local to Novi as possible orsurrounding areas
JOB SUMMARY
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the planning, execution, and implementation of assigned projects
Develops full scale project plans. Defines project tasks, resource requirements, and facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Forecast requirements and prepares budgets
Presents reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions. Manages project budget, resource allocation, schedules, and timelines.
Constantly monitors and reports on the progress of the project to stakeholders.
Manages project performance, minimizes project risks, and establishes and maintains good relationship with all project members and stakeholders
Recommends strategic plans and reviews, prepares and completes action plans, and ensures production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards are achieved.
Executes plan. Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Evaluates and assesses project results
QUALIFICATIONS
U.S.\Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, information technology, or similar field required Experience Years of Experience Details Required/Preferred
Five (5) years or more in project management required Years of Experience Details Required/Preferred
Three (3) years or more Supply Chain Logistics required
