Title: Change Manager Duration: 1 Year + Location: Wilmington, Delaware Job Description Years of Experience: 7+ years as a project manager with at least 3+ years of change management focus Education Required: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Must have prior change management specific focus Must have prior experience with IT projects supporting the commercial/sales organization at a pharmaceutical company Must have prior experience with various pharma CRM implementation and enhancements, such as Veeva, OCE, Salesforce, etc. Additional Preferred Skills: Iqvia OCE experience is a huge plus Project Description: Create change management strategy and approach for HQ and field-based stakeholders Ensure key messages are cascaded through interactions with all stakeholders Create Change Management plan and maintain by tracking all touchpoints with stakeholders and seeking opportunities for engagements Create and/or approve content which includes leadership slide decks, end user emails, Workplace posts, etc. Work with Sales Force Ops and IT contacts to understand other stakeholder engagements and strive for an integrated plan
