Job Description :

Change Management Consultant
Contract Length: 9 months
Fully remote
Communication must be strong, ecommerce is a must 
Remote (EST is preference) 

Reports to: 
Director of Ecommerce Technology
Project Manager 

Key Responsibilities:
-    Setup and lead the change management agenda
-    Together with implementation partner define the change management processes, e.g., on Implementation Activities, Localization, Planning & Project Preparation, Training of Local Business Process Leads, Change Identification and Planning, Local deployment user acceptance testing, Localized Training Plan & Materials Update, End-User Training, Business Readiness and Cut-Over Planning, business transition execution, close-Out and handover to standing organization.
-    Ensure business adoption is optimized for success by balancing ongoing business requirements with project timelines and based on e.g. a thorough and well anchored fit-gap analysis and follow up.  Proactively drives timely issues resolution or in needed cases constructive escalations.
-    Drive execution of business adoption and closely monitor the progress of business adoption
-    Coordinate with the deployment lead to jointly agree on local solution & adoption proposals. Collaborate with each business unit and functional team on timing and priorities of local deployments and business adoption
-    Support business reporting on benefits realization of the new processes and capabilities
-    Arranges organizational changes upfront and setting up the standing support organization

Requirements:
-    Proven track record within Change management on technology transformations
-    Preferable experience on Sales Force Commerce Cloud of like ecommerce platform transition
-    Good relationships with business leadership and a good understanding of local organizational culture
-    Relevant experience in preparing the business to adopt changes successfully
-    ADKAR certified
-    Strong communication skills. Ability to cooperate and communicate on all levels in an organization
-    Natural talent to convince, inspire and motivate people; ability to influence without power
-    Proven experience in collaborating, managing and motivating teams and able the maneuver in a complex and multiple stakeholder landscape
-    Exercises strong analytical / problem solving skills to understand and resolve performance issues
-    You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
