Description:

Ability to plan, organize, prepare, distribute, and manage communications and transformation change messaging. Creative in use of various mediums, messaging, techniques, including internal Portals, SharePoint, and email. Very collaborative, while focused on meeting timelines and passionate about quality of details. IT Background is also a plus.

Position Details:
Work closely with all different levels of the Global IT organization to draft, review and publish corporate communications for IT and end user consumption.
Working with IT Service Owners, create surveys
Craft messaging that clearly articulates the IT value proposition and priorities, and helps energize, engage and align our IT professionals worldwide.
Work closely with the IT Leadership Team and CIO to prioritize, coordinate and promote messaging and initiatives across the IT function.
Work with the Corporate Communications teams to coordinate messaging for end users.
Works closely with internal and external service owners and business partners in development of engaging digital content, including photo, video, infographics, polls, etc., for the intranet and monitor board
Organize and oversee IT town halls for multiple locations.
Assess and select the appropriate communication channels and tactics for the audience and the message: Emails, surveys, intranet, webcasts, face-to-face, conference calls, town hall meetings, newsletters, podcasts, video and digital signage.
Create and manage measurement systems to track communications effectiveness for IT, and adapt plans and tactics as needed.
Design, review and Manage IT intranet content.
Work closely with IT Service Owners and IT Leadership to develop processes, strategic and communication/ change management plans and models for organization and targeted initiatives and projects/programs (workflow, governance, etc

Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in internal communications execution role.
A background in IT communications is key, ideally supporting multiple groups and stakeholders.
A proven track record in building relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Ability to identify communications gaps, needs and opportunities, and provide guidance and support.
Experience in planning and executing global meetings.
Superb writing skills and extensive experience producing copy and materials for various communication channels: Web, email, print, speeches and talking points, presentations, video, podcasts, digital displays, etc.
An innovative and creative thinker who can get to the essence of the matter and communicate concisely and in an engaging manner.
Business acumen, change management, project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
A collaborative team player who will solicit and offer input, influence and support decision making.
Bachelor''s degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or related fields/extensive experience in one of these fields.
SharePoint experience a plus
