Position: A e Certified-Workfront-Fusion Architect Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months Job Description (Must be certified in Workfront Fusion Fortune 500 Tech Company) Roles and Responsibilities- Solution Architecture: Designing scalable and robust Workfront solutions that align with business objectives, including work intake, project/resource management, approvals, reporting dashboards, and workflow automation. Configuration and Customization: Configuring Workfront features such as custom forms, templates, approval workflows, user roles, and advanced reporting (including text mode Integration Expertise: Developing and maintaining integrations between Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and other enterprise systems (e.g., A e Experience Manager, Salesforce, Jira, ServiceNow, Marketo Workflow Automation: Utilizing Workfront Fusion to automate workflows and streamline processes, improving efficiency and consistency. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business needs. Training and Support: Developing training materials, mentoring users, and providing ongoing support for Workfront and Workfront Fusion. Governance and Change Management: Establishing and enforcing best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance. System Administration: Partnering with system administrators to manage Workfront setups, access levels, layout templates, and other administrative tasks. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to Workfront and Workfront Fusion. Primary Skills Deep Workfront Expertise: Extensive experience with A e Workfront, including Workfront Fusion. Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of Workfront integrations and API-based automation. Workflow Design: Experience designing and implementing complex workflows and automations. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for Workfront and Fusion. Secondary Skills Business Acumen: Understanding of marketing operations, project lifecycle management, and business processes. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of new Workfront releases, evaluating enhancements, and providing feedback on new features.
