1 Required Technical Skill Set Experience Customer Communication Management (CCM) tools such as EMC xPression and Documerge 2 No of Requirements 3 3 Desired Experience Range 3-12 Years 4 Location of Requirement USA Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have 1. Minimum 7 years of Application Development work experience At least 4-5 years’ experience in any CCM tools, EMC xPression and Documerge 2. Experience with Batch and On-Demand/Real-Time Process 3. Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills 4. Minimum of four years of work experience in a client server environment 5. Solid XML and Schema experience 6. Experience integrating with Document Management Systems (FileNet, Documentum, and Etc.) 7. RDBMS Concepts, SQL Server - includes queries and stored procedures 8. At least one legacy to CCM migration experience 9. At least one CCM tool upgrade experience Good-to-Have 1. Experience in Insurance or Healthcare domain 2. Print Services experience Knowledge of industry trends in ECM/CCM area, EMC xPression and Documerge 3. Experience with Documerge 4. Experience with Multi-channel output creation (SMS, Email) 5. Experience with Sorting and Bundling 6. Experience with CCM Application Consolidator 7. Experience with Main Frame(JCL/DB2/COBOL) 8. Architect level certification in Global ECM Forums like AIIM, Product vendors like EMC, Thunderhead 9. Production Support experience
