Camunda Developer

100% Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Camunda Developer to design and implement business process workflows using the Camunda BPM platform. The role involves developing, integrating, and optimizing process automation solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop business process models using BPMN 2.0 in Camunda
Implement workflows, decision tables (DMN), and integrations
Develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs for process execution
Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems and third-party applications
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize workflow performance
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements
Ensure best practices in process design, security, and scalability
Maintain documentation for workflows and system configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Camunda BPM (Camunda 7 or Camunda 8)
Proficiency in Java / Spring Boot (or similar backend technologies)
Good understanding of BPMN, DMN, and workflow orchestration
Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Knowledge of Git and version control systems
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Camunda Modeler and Cockpit
Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
