Responsibilities: As a Compass21 Application developer you will be responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code for multiple Texas Medicaid systems using CASE tools (CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen). You will be involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of modules and those that interface with other applications. You will also

Sets direction for solutions and development plans as they impact the application
Interact with client and maintain client relationships
Experience with application maintenance and/or development
Experience with CASE tools (CA Gen, AllFusion Gen, or Cool:Gen), technical platforms (HP Nonstop aka NSK, Tandem

Required Skills:

Experience in application maintenance and/or development
Development experience in one of the following programming languages: CA Gen / AllFusion Gen / Cool:Gen
Proficiency in SQL
Knowledge and experience with Medicaid
Familiarity with specific technical platforms, including HP NonStop (also known as NSK or Tandem)
Ability to maintain customer relationships
Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
